Bittorrent.....

I agree with everything that Conan has said, I use P2P sites for downloading music that I cant be bothered ripping to MP3 that I have on Vinyl - who wants to sit there for 6 hours and record a handful of songs onto a computer when someone has already done it for you?

I use Bittorrent for downloading films that I wouldnt "mind" seeing, but certainly wouldnt pay to see at the cinema or rent on a DVD, I also use it to catch up on any episodes of TV series I might have missed - I pay for a subscription to cable so therefore I dont see it as any different to simply recording it via PVR.
