Moral Standards........

Any company undergoing a major re-structure would at least have the decency to discuss this with employees. I find it totally incredulous that any company that has spent so long building a solid and reputable foundation can now find it so easy to throw this out the window and not even notify the employess in the showrooms until some gray faced gentleman with a warrant badge turns up late afternoon on a Friday and says I'm sorry your out of a job!

This is not how you play the game Mr Austin.

I understand you have a business to run and need to make money, but do you really need to treat the people that run your business for you like that?
