IR35 only affects uk workers, my mate big sanjay tells me he does not pay tax here or in India, funny thing is hes working as a contractor on a government project via an Indian based IT company. So there you have it plenty jobs, wages a bit lower, but if you dont pay tax at 40% NI at 11% then you can work on half UK wages and still enjoy living in the Uk like a king.
