If I decide to print my credit card number up on the web and someone uses these details to buy them selfs something pretty (like a car) who is to blame, me or the guy with the new car, as far as I would be concerned it was my fault for being a tard,
By using P2P software to share their personal information on the internet these "Victims" have given everyone free rights to copy said personal information, so therefore "Computer Hacking" should be dropped from his list of offences. (and i have to say that I am not too sure about the "Mail Fraud" one either, must be a US thing
