Maybe some kind of compromise could be reached. I mean nobody wants to encourage homelessness really.
How about food in exchange for sterilisation?
I have never bought a console in my life but have half decided to get a wii when it gets to about £100 pounds. I reckon a lot of other people are in my boat. HMS tightfist.
I Use software on either side of the fence, as well as software that that sits upon it.
Starbucks is shite coffee though.
Shite
I wanted an Iced coffee once
shite!
doubling the refresh rate on CRT tvs is definitely useful to fight against flicker as each phosphor will emit light in a burst rather than LCDs that emit a steady glow.
Having a couple of less significant bursts lessens the amount of flicker.
I think the only reason to do so on flat panel screens is another marketing ploy or because the 'in betweening' processes are now very good. Doubtful!
I remember my dad arguing with a sales man who told him a television refreshed at 100 Mhz
Also he had an argument with a man in a bike shop who said that one of those training machines you attach your bike to generated no heat.
Can the same ones display 50hz progressive scan?
maybe one day we will finally be able to watch high speed photography in real time!
proof I say, that reg readers would buy Heat magazine if they weren't too ashamed to take it to the counter
I think there must be a point where you can copyright something numeric. After all, couldn't you claim that the contents of a DVD or a file is just a very long number?
It would be interesting if you could copyright any number, what x86 number would we be using now?
I'm not sure the issue is about having anything illegal to hide really. I think the worry is what an FBI individual could do with the information, such as blackmail a closet homosexual Mormon for example.
Israel!
Iran!
Palastine!
Eurostein!!
