All that can be said on the 'violent video games make kids violent' argument but on this new twist all I can say is that most parents I know pay for the games anyway so can't see it making much difference

Glad I'm not there!

I used to work at the call centre in Sheffield and know they have made lots of people redundant recently - best thing I ever did was get out of there. Capita took over in the first place as DSG admitted they didn't have the know-how or ability to run a customer service call centre!

My Dad is blind and I think he would find this extremely irritating... a step too far! Especially Tarquin's example as I can only think this system would be abused... Tesco would end up sponsoring every lamp-post in the land

They do make rather nice PC cases. I have hadmy current PC in it's Lian Li case for around 4 years and it still looks like a recent design

Why bother?

I agree with Paolo and in my house I can pick-up about 4 different wireless networks with no security so as mine is the only one with a password I'd presume any local hackers or network thieves would just jump on someone elses!
