That'll be the Windows 2000 interface, then. And nothing wrong with it, it works, the start menu doesn't take up enormous screen real estate, and yes, you can even modify it so your desktop picture is "Bliss" (more like Bleah).

@pete22 never made any allusion to whether or not he condoned what goes on, he merely used a reference from Mike Judge's movie Office Space as to what (allegedly) goes on in the shower stalls in max-security prisons. (The stereotype is also of some big tattooed guy named Bubba. - Whether or not there is any truth to this or whether it's purely apocryphal, is something I don't intend on finding out.)
