Plates
"the massive movement of the Pacific plate pushing under the North American"
Umm, surely that would cause a quake off the coast of North America. As I understood it, this quake was caused by the interaction of the Pacific and Eurasian plates??????
Paid?
They do a paid-for version??
How many people have seen it in the wild?
I see hundreds of AVG-free installs, but not the paid-for variety.
That's all a bit tongue-in-cheek as I do know of one establishment with a 50-seat license, but otherwise I know many businesses which (although they shouldn't) run the free version.

"Hang on, I thought ipod users were richer, happier and better educated?"
You're thinking about iPhones, not iPods.
But seriously, in a thunderstorm if you're stuck outside somewhere with no chance of sensible lightning protection, crouch as though you're shitting... if the lightning passes through your body and out your arse it's less painful that coming out of your feet! Sticking your right arm in the air also helps - the lightning won't then pass through your heart (same reason that when you're working on HT circuits you keep your left hand in your pocket!)
Re: Wow, really?
"(Although I'd go with Super Wii, like the Super NES)"
So, surely that'll be SWii then?
Personally, I'd go with Super Wii High Definition, or SwiiHD (obviously pronounced the sqme as 'swede'). Although I suppose it'd also work without the Super bit, saving that for the 2016 release!
Re: Signal coverage
Not so around here... they're the best for coverage in these parts, followed by vodafone and O2 (roughly equal), and Orange just isn't worth trying - you'll never have signal unless you're 100ft in the air!
Which of course means 3 doesn't have coverage now that they've switched to orange as a fall back carrier.
Of course, just because Orange are crap around here doesn't mean that they're crap everywhere - I happen to know that they provide the best coverage in west cornwall.
But then of course, Orange also have an extremely congested network, so even if you manage to get signal, there's no way you'll be able to actually USE your phone!
I'm coming to the end of my T-mob contract, but because you can get a better deal as a new customer than a renewal, but can't transfer your number from one t-mob contract to another, I'm signing up with virgin, who are a mvno on the t-mob network!
