I think you might find that people who would be knowledgeable enough about the computers and gadgets in the stores generally have better paid jobs elsewhere in the industry. While I'll admit my bias, after all I do work for them, I'll ask you to remember that they're paid just over minimum wage with no commission.
However, you all complain that the service is so crap and that you get served by teenagers... because someone with an IT qualification is totally going to work in retail when they can get a £25k job elsewhere...

Well, seeing as my son's favourite CBeebies shows are in the night garden and something special, I'd have to say that Cerrie having one arm hasn't phased him.

They don't have a Sales of Goods Act in America and Canada which is where the Zune is exclusive at the moment... last I checked there was no release date for it in Europe which is kinda annoying because it'd be nice for Apple to finally have some competition in high capacity players...
Anyway Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie were right, every OS sucks.
The goggles because you have to be a bit of a boffin to care about Zune availability...
