Lovely to have all the downstream but I guess we'll still be stuck with a useless upstream in comparison?

The bosses at BT must never have to call call centres themselves and have their minions do it for them - as they clearly just don't have a clue!
Not the 1st time
Don't for get all the issues they had most of last week with business customers with a static IP addresses as well - slowness due to packet loss in their network!
I had similar once
From Boots (the chemist people).
A relative had recently moved to Australia and for Christmas had decided to get me vouchers for boots, it came in the form of a credit card.
It came in huge box, probably similar volume to that box but more square, full of the those poly bags.
