Support note working
Hopeless support. The drive serial number tool couldn't find the drives so I had to open the case. Then the email support on the page you link to doesn't work. It tries a redirect to salesforce.com but gives some kind of password warning and bombs out. Hope it's working in the morning. Both my drives are on the list requiring the firmware update.
