screen quality

As you haven't mentioned it, are we to assume that the screens are the usual pointless 1366x768 crap? Or do they actually supply screens that are useful for people that actually use their computers to do stuff (as opposed to watching video or playing games which is the only use for the usual low-res screens):?

And how will they know if I'm uploading any data? Being connected to the swarm doesn't prove it, so they would actually have to receive data from me and confirm it forms part of the file. How much data do they have to receive from me to accuse me of file sharing. Clearly 1 byte isn't enough, but how much is? 10 bytes? 10KB? 10MB? 1GB?

Bet they don't check and wrongly assume everyone is uploading ...

Since he's admitted the download, why haven't the RIAA taken him to court and fined him $1000000 per track? They'd do it to anyone else who was stupid enough to publicly admit downloading.

Doesn't he realise he was distributing copyrighted material whilst he was downloading it .
