Judging by the model number A1332 on the picture, it is an iPhone 4 and not a 4S so it could have been down to a dodgy batch of batteries from the battery supplier.

I wonder if the batteries are made by the same company that made the infamous exploding Dell laptop batteries? I think that at the time it was Sony?

I would disagree that the seat is a good idea because I've flown to Hong Kong and back on one of CX 747-400's and the seat base is so thinly padded that it's like sitting on a thin Ikea budget seat pad plus when the seat base moves forward so that you recline there is a big gap near the base of your spine and the seat back so you end up with no support in that area unless they gave you an extra cushion.
Ironically the DragonAir Airbus A330-300 aeroplane I took for a domestic flight after I arrived in Hong Kong had more comfortable seating even though the much more substantially padded seats did not recline.

Oyster brand bought for £1m by Transport for London

Transport for London (TfL) has bought the rights to the Oyster Card brand for £1m.
It means TfL can look at other uses of the Oyster electronic smartcard system, which is currently used as a pre-pay ticketing service.
It has said it had already undertaken a trial of Oyster on bank cards and mobile phones.
TfL has bought the rights from TranSys, whose contract to run the service expires this August.

A while ago I used my Visa debit card to buy some postage stamps from the Spar grocery store/Post Office located on Westminster Bridge road in Central London and then lo and behold after a couple of days several suspect overseas transactions from a Canadian Tyre shop started withdrawing several hundred pounds worth of money directly from my current account which put me in to overdraft straight away.
Thankfully my bank were quick on the ball and refunded the stolen money and sent out a new card and PIN with no questions asked, I was probably one of many who had been affected by this.
After this I've never used my debit card in any small grocery shops now.

Rule of thumb to the director of the video, if you're going to make a video then please make sure that you don't have a digital (or even an analogue clock) showing in the background behind the actors as it only highlights the cut and paste editing or when they've had out-takes.
Not sure if this is real but the comment that was attributed to the spokeperson was meant to be tongue and cheek apparently.
