Wow, so much anger at the possibility of an 'original story' would you all prefer MORE endless remakes???

How come everyone seems to forget the other Linux based mobile OS that is in development? It doesn't have big backing but for my money looks like it will produce a more open phone if it can beat the other 2 to a full scale release (and survive a buyout).

Half of these items (pistol, golfclub, fishing rod) already exist as 3rd party products. I hardly think that puts Nintendo "always one step ahead of third-party peripheral designers". Its possible that Nintendo might find that they are violating someone else's patent?
