Has Google gone too far? Indie labels say it's crunch time for The New Economy

jellypappa

wow what a surprise! the big internet players are doing excatly what the big supermakets do on the high street, namely screw the supplier and appear to be giving the customer a good deal, how many producers have sunk without trace because of the ' we will pay what we think is fair,' policy of supermakets, now its happening on the net, everybody forgets that retailers can only survive if they have products to sell, but producers can and should establish their own retail outlets, but it takes the will to stick together and say f....k you to the big boys.

apple patents!

crafty, sneaky thats apple, a lot of the patents they have and continue to apply for will never see the light of day, apple just wants to prevent anyone else from patenting a idea, or the full weight of their ' we gonna take you for shed loads of cash legal team ' will be set on them, hypocrites that they are, they are the worst offenders at stealing other people ideas.

even the roman empire collapsed, so too will apple.

Re: The truth

interesting video, seems like the only way us plebs can take control, is to stop giving them our money for their products/services, we all stop going to the cinema, stop renting or buying DVD's only download and use freeware. our wallets/credit cards will be our weapons of choice, by choking off there access to our money.

Most movies are flops and fail to recoup

so most movies flop because of freetards, not because they are crap movies and no one pays good money to watch them.

having been involved in the movie busuness for many years, one of the main reasons movies fail to recoup is the high salaries paid to actors, think of the money pot as a upside down pyramid, the stars get the biggest wedge, often at the cost of the many talented people who work hard long hours on a production.

another victory for the gay fascists, who threaten, humilate, and use any tactic they think is legitimate against anyone who doesn't agree with them, i dont care who or what they have sexual relations with, i and many others are sick and fed up with their bullying. disagreeing with any point of view is a personal choice, or has it become compulsory that we must all be in agreement now, we should all be proud and not be made to hide away because we dont agree with what's currently fashionable for PC gestapo.
