They should also be held accountable/responsible for most of the pollution our planet is suffering from. The other insidious racket of 'built-in obsolescence' appears to be completely out of control too! The amount of electronic junk filling 'landfills' is truly something to behold.

The 'No Win No Fee' is a two edged sword that has a sharper blade on one side that the other. Similar to the vein of this thread, just make sure you have a 'Signed Contract' with your 'No Win No Fee' lawyers 'Firm' as to what percentage they will take of your winnings. Chances are you will go shopping for a less greedy firm.
Koroush Ghazi has been the only reason why I have remained with MS thus far. His TweakGuides have been an inspiration to me ever since he first started compiling them. Between him and Black Viper, I have always had that warm fuzzy feeling when tweaking any of the Win OS's since the early XP days. As for Koroush's disenchantment with Microsoft's Windows 10, it clearly shows me that now is the best time to choose a better OS. Particularly as I have encountered so many problems trying to fix peoples machines, when they inadvertently clicked the 'Upgrade now' button that left them all messed up with an OS they couldn't use!
Next time everyone goes to vote, make sure you vote for the calibre of person capable of the task you are voting them for. Oh! My apologies, you (the people) are not permitted to do that, only the "PARTY" has that choice!
Me personally? I would like to vote for "Big Brother" but sadly, just like the politicians, I have absobloodylutely no idea who he is. I've tried Google and IT hasn't a clue either:-))
But until then, in my humble opinion, people like dan1980 are the calibre of the species that SHOULD be in the leadership team to 'Advance Australia Fair' dinkum.
All this obsolescence game plan (in this particular case) is generating so much money for Microsoft and it's shareholders, maybe it is time to get these greedy polluters to foot the landfill clean up costs! Millions of servers, not to mention all the associated peripherals, all need to be buried somewhere.
You (Microsoft) cause the all the mess, you pay to clear it up.
Who needs all this constant replacement of equipment anyway? Those that care less about our planet or the future generations that will try to live on it, I suspect.

Despite all the humbug being put out by MS and it's band of forced fed marketeers, XP operators will be around for along time after 2014. Unless of course Ballmer realises how popular XP is, and then give it a new lease of life with a SP4 release!
Not too sure how many versions there are of the 'Leo' species, but how clever Apple have been to retain the 'OSX' OS, just by giving the old cat different names to it's service packs.

Seriously, as long as ISP's have control of your connectivity and bandwidth, 'Cloud' storage will never be a reliable or viable option.
Give me HDD's any time, even if they do rarely crash, at least you can still salvage your data from them, albeit for a one-off cost.
