Re: MAC users?

Google for "metasploit mac."

You need to install macports to run it. If you do not know what this is or how to use google you will have a hard time using Metasploit.

Organic food offers basically no health benefit, boffins find

Yeah but the real point of organic food is not health...

This always pees me off about the marketing of organic food. It really has very little to do with health benefits. Organic farming is all about protecting the soil. Regular farming methods kill soil and drain the life out of it. Organic farming methods maintain healthy levels of bacteria and keep the soil in good shape.

Farming with chemical fertilizers is like using xylometazoline based nasel spray on a blocked nose. It feels good until you find out you are now stuck using xylometazoline for the rest of your life in order to breathe.

Re: That looks a very nifty bit of kit

There was some chap on Reddit a while back who had developed a kit to clip a PS3 6axis controller to an android device. It made for quite a cool portable gaming rig. I think there is a kickstarter for it but I am too lazy to look.

Sorry to break this to you man but every Windows Server and Desktop edition since the release of XP is still NT, Windows 8 and Server 2012 are actually NT 6.2

You sure do mouth off a lot for someone who has no idea what they are talking about.

Fine by me.

I am all for this. While in general I don't like the idea of walled gardens I have to say that given the choice I would prefer to have Valve's shackles around my wrists than Apple or Microsoft's.

This whole thing gives me hope that one day I will not only have games on Linux but the Adobe Suite as well, at this point I will never have to boot Windows for anything ever again. This is probably where someone will pipe up with "but Gimp...". Gimp is cool and I appreciate that it exists but it is nothing like Photoshop, comparing Gimp to Photoshop is like parking a banged up Fiat Uno next to a new BMW and saying "Look they are the same."

Can't we just have Google and no Conservatives?

I would have Page and Brin as Prime Minister over any of the dithering shlongs in Labour and the Tories any day.

Hows about a tax break for the little guys?

Maybe Mr Cameron should consider helping small business out a bit to boost the economy rather than smothering the little guys to death with heavy taxing. Where is all that money going? It certainly is not helping me out when it leaves my pocket and gets turned into a depleted uranium tipped bunker buster.

Help small businesses stay afloat and they will lube up the wheels of commerce.
