Do svidaniya to public record as Russia passes NEED to be forgotten bill

Vordicae

>A previous vote on the bill saw it receive the support of 423 of 424 lawmakers. The bill requires one more vote, and then to be signed off by President Putin, to be passed into law

They tried to find the 424th person but all his information had been redacted from the internet.

morale support needed!

I Utterly Disagree with the closing editorial !

There I said it, positive discrimination is still discrimination, boys and girls.

Just because one has not had his leg blown off in active duty does not make their contribution any more or less deserving.

and while the radar boys claims of keeping the skies safe might be a bit melodramatic I honestly can sympathise

Re: Compressed air tank ?

I presume that is part of the COSH design

a single cell is made of a rigid material with an inner membrane like a sac. filled with Helium.

to take on mass, the helium is sucked in and compressed, with outside air (outside the protective sac) filling the space ... thus negating helium loss and also avoiding a vacuum in the cell, also the incoming air adding more mass.

I imagine that'd be a scary ass noise, hundreds of vents hissing out air on ascent ... :)

Hm, nice idea that. But somebody's already doing it less well

Re: Maybe Not

the Central body vs various state bodies is a typically difficult subject to argue.

if you take your new idea to a central body and it is denied then you have ZERO business,

or you get ALL the business ... risky concept unless you are 100% sure of winning.

taking it to 50 separate bodies can be mroe expensive but you only need to set the precedent once and then your business model grows.

Re: we've got murderous nutters in the UK too

Quoted " The argument we have here is the same as for many other things - a minority misuse something, so we should ban it for everyone. In short, banning guns is a form of censorship."

This is the single line of defence of every NRA member it seems

"I'm Perfectly normal, so you have no right to take my HUGE Armory (US sp) of guns away from me"

and

"if you try to take me guns, the constitution says I can legally shoot you !"

someone mentioned it above, they read the constitution and it's amendments and took the parts that they thought applied to them.

is the rate of ascent a calculable figure ? if you can't get the right baromentric trigger.. then a combined barometric that lights a fuse (or a timer I suppose if you prefer new fangled gadgets) that should coincide with the correct altitude?

or even a ground based trigger ... (Bagsy volounteering to press BRB (Big Red Button)) when a remote sensor reads the correct altitude ?
